A Promise of Ice and Spite- S.W. Clarke Review🗡️

 Thank you to the S.W. Clarke for trusting me as an ARC reader! This review reflects my honest thoughts. There are books you enjoy, and then there are books that completely take over your brain while you’re reading them. A Promise of Ice and Spite by S.W. Clarke firmly falls into the second category for me. This is the second and final installment in the Crown of Feyreign duet, and it delivers exactly what a finale should: higher stakes, bigger twists, emotional payoff, and a battle sequence that deserves its own standing ovation. And yes, this is an easy 5⭐ read for me, honestly for the battle scenes alone. The magic of the world feels alive. One small detail that really stuck with me was how the author describes the feeling of magic changing depending on the location.
